Wega - Gemini

The Wega Gemini is the ultimate bean to cup for heavy volume users, with features and capacity normally only found on systems in a much higher price bracket.

Based on the Traditional espresso machine technology Wega have been manufacturing with for years, the Gemini features a 7 litre copper boiler with heat exchangers for each group and 4 kw elements. This ensures the Tea water is boiling, while the coffee water is at the correct 90 celcius. It utilises the same grinder motor and discs as found in the Max traditional grinders, so the grind can be set for an incredibly fine extraction - around 30 seconds per 1floz if you desire! The heavy duty Aluminium brew group has sensors to check temperature.

Cleaning is easy with in-built rinse programs and a cleaning cycle which requests a cleaning tablet to be introduced through the decaffeinated espresso chute. The number of drinks brewed before a rinse is requested can be set. The time a cleaning cycle is requested can be set.

Floating heads allow different cup sizes to be positioned under the dispensers with ease. Three different cup sizes are all fully programmable to your requirements for both milk and coffee dose. Hot water dose can be set. Steam arm is included for making hot milk for hot chocolate and other applications.
