Most repairs can be carried out on site, if not we will give you a free loan machine while your machine is being repaired at our workshop. Or you can always bring your machine to our work shop to reduce call out costs.
Replacement machine will be offered at no extra cost for the period of the service, or where the repair or service cannot be made onsite.

Installation & Complete Testing
We can install then test almost any coffee machine.
Onsite Full Service
This service is recommended once per year, to keep your reliability and performance of your machine ongoing for many years. A full in-depth look into all aspects of the machine, including part replacing and a full replacement of service kit.
Front-end Service
This service is recommended twice per year and should take 1 hour. Concentrating mainly on group heads, steam/water outlets and also replacing the most wear and tear seals with a service kit.
Off site Full Service (including decaling tank)
This is the most in-depth service which includes all of the above services and also removing the tank and placing in an acid bath to remove all lime scale within the boiler. Therefore we will replace your machine free of charge for 7-10 days.
Call Out & Repair
Our Call out service is fast and effective 24/7. Our fully trained engineers able to repair most machine makes and models. Also we do not charge a second call out cost if we need to return after the first call out.
Annual Service Contracts
We can quote for annual service contracts on your equipment, to take the worries of your mind.
Water Softener Install & Regeneration
We can supply and maintain water softeners, to protect equipment for lime scale.
Barista / Customer Training
We can organise Barista trainings on-site or at our fully equip training facility in Newmarket.
